Oh look! It’s another video just in time for your Christmas cookie exchange! And these. OH MY GOODNESS.
These Snickerdoodles are extraordinary. Literally BEST snickerdoodle you will have have in your life. And come on, you know I don’t mess around when it comes to cookies.
You can find the recipe here.
Hope you make them! I’ll be back with another cookie recipe tomorrow. xoxo.
These are seriously my favorite cookie EVER! Best flavor and texture! So thank you for that Do you think there is an easy way to turn this recipe into a molasses/gingerbread cookie? Maybe add molasses and some spices? That would be amazing!
Hi! I’m so glad you love these cookies! They are one of my favorites, too! My suggestion would be to add 1 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of cloves, and replace some of the sugar for molasses! I actually have a Ginger Molasses Cookie on my site that I love: http://www.ambitiouskitchen.com/2013/10/brown-butter-chewy-ginger-oatmeal-cookies/
Great thank you so much! I’ll definitely give it a try for the holidays and let you know how it goes The oatmeal ones look great too
Can’t wait to try these. I might make them tonight.
Hi Monique, I’m going to make this today or tomorrow for a Christmas Cookie Exchange tomorrow night. I’m supposed to bring 6 dozen cookies. I tried searching your site for how many one batch makes but couldn’t find it. I’m sorry if you’ve already answered this before. Can you tell me what one batch makes so I know how many times to double/triple it? Thanks, Cindy
Hi Cindy! This recipe make about 24-36 cookies – depending on how big you make them. Enjoy!
