Chickpea Flour Banana Bread (gluten free!)

STEP 1

Whisk together chickpea flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt

STEP 2

In a separate bowl combine mashed banana, vanilla, eggs & apple cider vinegar 

STEP 3

Add honey & olive oil and mix until well combined

STEP 4

Mix the dry & wet ingredients and fold in your fav add-ins

STEP 5

Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake

Let the banana bread cool and enjoy for breakfast or a snack!
