Whisk together chickpea flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt

In a separate bowl combine mashed banana, vanilla, eggs & apple cider vinegar

Add honey & olive oil and mix until well combined

Mix the dry & wet ingredients and fold in your fav add-ins

Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake
