Healthy Lemon Poppy Seed Bread (gluten free!)

STEP 1

Add yogurt, eggs & lemon juice to a bowl

STEP 2

Add honey, lemon zest & almond extract and whisk to combine

STEP 3

Add in almond flour, baking soda & poppyseeds

STEP 4

Add oat flour & salt and mix until well combined

STEP 5

Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan and bake

STEP 6

Make the glaze by mixing together powdered sugar, lemon juice & almond extract

Drizzle over cooled bread, top with lemon zest & enjoy!
