STEP 1
Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic & italian seasoning to a small bowl

Whisk in honey, salt, pepper & dijon mustard until combined
STEP 3
Shred your brussels sprouts with a food processor or sharp knife
STEP 4
Add shredded brussels to a bowl, pour in the dressing and toss to coat well
STEP 5
Add in salami, pepperoncini, red onion & cubed provolone
STEP 6
Finish with chickpeas, olives, tomatoes & shaved parmesan
