Homemade Healthy Peanut Butter Cups (low carb!)

STEP 1

Melt dark chocolate in a small bowl in 30-second intervals until completely melted

STEP 2

Add chocolate to each mini cup and use a spoon to spread it out to the sides of the liner. Then freeze

STEP 3

In a separate bowl mix together peanut butter, maple syrup & coconut flour until nice and smooth

STEP 4

Evenly add the peanut butter mixture to the chilled cups of chocolate & place back in the freezer

STEP 5

Melt more dark chocolate and evenly pour it over each mini peanut butter cup

STEP 6

Sprinkle the chocolate peanut butter cups with sea salt and freeze until solid

Store them in the fridge or freezer and enjoy for the perfect treat!
