STEP 1
Whisk together almond flour, coconut flour & salt
STEP 2
Stir in melted butter (or vegan butter), maple syrup & almond extract
STEP 3
Press the dough evenly into your prepared pan and bake
STEP 4
Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, eggs, coconut flour & maple syrup
STEP 5
Immediately pour the filling over the baked crust and bake again
STEP 6
Cool the lemon bars completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving
