STEP 1
Add eggs, maple syrup and yogurt to a large bowl

Add vanilla & almond extracts and whisk until smooth

Stir in almond flour, oat flour, baking soda & salt until well combined

Toss diced strawberries with oat flour and fold into the batter

Add batter to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper & bake

Mix together powdered sugar, lemon juice & strawberry jam

Pour strawberry glaze over cooled bread
