30 Minute Vegan Stir Fry Sesame Noodles with Chickpeas

STEP 1

Add soy sauce, water, garlic, coconut sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar & ginger to a bowl

STEP 2

Finish the sauce with sesame seeds, red pepper flakes & arrowroot starch and mix well

STEP 3

Cook onion, carrots, bell pepper & broccoli in some toasted sesame oil

STEP 4

While the veggies are cooking, make your stir fry noodles

STEP 5

Add chickpeas and your stir fry sauce to the skillet and mix everything together

STEP 6

Stir in cashews, fresh basil and your stir fry noodles

Garnish with scallions, serve and enjoy!
