STEP 1
Make your flax egg by mixing together almond milk with flaxseed meal and letting it set
STEP 2
Melt together coconut oil and almond butter in a small saucepan
STEP 3
Add it to a bowl and mix in coconut sugar, vanilla and your flax egg until smooth
STEP 4
Stir in almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda & salt
STEP 5
Fold in chocolate chunks and press batter into a prepared cast iron skillet
STEP 6
Top with more chocolate chunks and bake
