Healthy Summer Broccoli Salad

STEP 1

Add chopped broccoli, red onion, fresh parsley and shredded carrots to a bowl

STEP 2

Top with sunflower seeds, blueberries, dried apricots, cilantro & almonds

STEP 3

In a small bowl mix lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, salt, water, tahini & black pepper

STEP 4

Pour the dressing all over the broccoli salad and toss to combine

Garnish with more almonds + fresh cilantro and enjoy!
