Jessica's Sheet Pan Cashew Chicken

STEP 1

Chop up your veggies, then roast them with soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic & ginger

STEP 2

While the veggies are roasting, marinate you chicken in the remaining sauce

STEP 3

Push the veggies to one side, add the marinated chicken & cashews and roast again

STEP 4

Toss everything together well and garnish with sesame seeds & scallions

Serve over rice or even cauliflower rice for the perfect weeknight dinner!
