Vegan Curried Broccoli Chickpea Salad

STEP 1

Whisk together tahini, lemon juice, garlic, maple syrup, curry powder, turmeric, salt, pepper, ginger & water

STEP 2

Toss together broccoli, carrots, chickpeas, dried cranberries, green onion & cilantro

STEP 3

Pour the curry tahini dressing all over the salad and toss to combine

STEP 4

Add toasted, sliced almonds & a squeeze of lemon juice and toss to combine
