STEP 1
Add cilantro, jalapeño and garlic to a blender or food processor
STEP 2
Add honey or maple syrup, lime juice, olive oil, salt & pepper and blend until smooth

Toss chopped kale with the cilantro lime dressing so that it's well coated

Top with strawberries, avocado, corn and red onion
STEP 5
Garnish with roasted, salted pistachios and feta cheese crumbles
