How to Make Delicious Green Rice

YOU'LL NEED

Garlic, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, salt, pepper, broth and white rice

STEP 1

Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth

STEP 2

Add the green sauce & rice to a pot, bring it to a simmer, then reduce to low and cook covered for 20 mins

STEP 3

Remove the rice from the heat and let it steam with the lid on for 10 more minutes

After 10 minutes, fluff it up with a fork!

Serve in grain bowls, with your fav proteins, grilled veggies, delicious sauces and more!
