STEP 1
Start by freezing a bottle of your fav rosé in ice cube trays, reserving 1/2 cup for later
STEP 2
Cut the skin off of a small watermelon
STEP 3
Cube the watermelon and freeze the cubes on a baking sheet
STEP 4
Add the frozen rosé and watermelon cubes to your blender
STEP 5
Pour in the rest of the rosé and blend it all up well
Add to bowls or cocktail glasses, garnish with mint and enjoy!
