Homemade Crispy Baked Fish Sticks (kid & toddler-friendly!)

STEP 1

Add panko breadcrumbs to a baking sheet and bake for a few minutes to toast

STEP 2

Pat your cod filets dry and cut into 1 inch thick strips

STEP 3

Combine toasted breadcrumbs with salt & pepper, onion & garlic powder and paprika

STEP 4

Whisk together eggs and milk of choice in a large bowl

STEP 5

Dip each fish stick in the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture

STEP 6

Space out the fish sticks on a wire rack on top of a baking sheet and bake
