Peanut Butter and Jelly Oatmeal Bake

STEP 1

Add coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup & an egg to a bowl

STEP 2

Pour in almond milk and whisk well so there are no lumps of peanut butter

STEP 3

Mix in oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt

STEP 4

Pour the oatmeal into a greased skillet and drop spoonfuls of jam on top

STEP 5

Gently swirl each jam dollop and then bake the oatmeal

STEP 6

Let the oatmeal bake cool, then cut into 6 slices
