Slow Cooker White Wine Chicken Stew

STEP 1

Start by browning your chicken in olive oil with salt and pepper

STEP 2

Add the chicken to your slow cooker with chicken broth, white wine & worcestershire

STEP 3

Stir in balsamic, fresh rosemary & thyme, dried oregano, salt and pepper

STEP 4

Fold in onion, garlic, carrots & potatoes, cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours

STEP 5

Once the stew is cooked, remove some broth and mix it with milk & flour

STEP 6

Add the mixture to your slow cooker with frozen peas and cook on high for 15 minutes

Serve with fresh herbs, bread, crackers or biscuits!
