Butternut Squash Bacon Spinach Quiche

STEP 1

Cook your bacon, then blot with paper towel and chop into pieces

STEP 2

Wilt spinach with a little olive oil, then add it to your pie pan

STEP 3

Add cooked, cubed butternut squash and your cooked bacon

STEP 4

Whisk eggs with milk of choice, salt and pepper

STEP 5

Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan, top with cheddar cheese and bake
