Hot Honey Bangin' Crunchy Cornflake Baked Chicken

STEP 1

Add cornflakes to a food processor and pulse until a fine crumb forms

STEP 2

Add cornflakes to a bowl and mix in paprika, onion & garlic powder, salt & pepper

STEP 3

In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk

STEP 4

Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then coat it well with the cornflake mixture

STEP 5

Add chicken to a wire rack on a pan, spray with cooking spray & bake

STEP 6

Before serving, microwave honey and hot sauce together to make hot honey
