Healthy Tuna Noodle Casserole

STEP 1

Cook your pasta to al dente, drain & set aside

STEP 2

Melt butter in a pan, then add mushrooms and onion

STEP 3

Add thyme, salt & pepper and cook down for a few minutes

STEP 4

Transfer veggies then make a roux with butter, flour & milk

STEP 5

Stir in garlic powder, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper

STEP 6

Fold in peas, tuna, the veggies, and your cooked pasta

STEP 7

Add the tuna noodle mixture to a prepared baking pan

STEP 8

Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter, sprinkle over pan & bake
