Healthier Carrot Cake Banana Bread

STEP 1

Whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg & salt

STEP 2

Mash bananas, then mix them together with coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, applesauce & milk

STEP 3

Fold in shredded carrots, then mix the wet & dry ingredients together

STEP 4

Fold in melted coconut oil, pecans, and raisins & coconut if you'd like

STEP 5

Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan, bake & cool

STEP 6

Top with a cinnamon cream cheese frosting + extra chopped pecans
