STEP 1

Add pumpkin puree, eggs & milk to a blender

STEP 2

Add vanilla, maple syrup, rolled oats, baking powder & pumpkin pie spices

STEP 3

Blend it all up until the batter is nice and smooth

Coat your griddle with oil or butter and drop 1/3 cup of batter for each pancake

Cook pancakes for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden brown
