The Best Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

STEP 1

Mix together warm milk, sugar, yeast, pumpkin puree, an egg & melted butter

STEP 2

Stir in bread flour, pumpkin pie spice & salt, then knead and let the dough rise in a bowl for 1 hour

STEP 3

Roll out the dough into a 14x16 inch rectangle on a well-floured surface

STEP 4

Spread softened butter all over the dough, then sprinkle on a brown sugar & cinnamon mixture

STEP 5

Tightly roll the dough up, then cut into 1 inch sections to get 12 rolls

STEP 6

Place the rolls in a parchment-lined pan, cover with a warm towel and let them rise again for 30 minutes

Then bake them up!

Let the cinnamon rolls cool before adding the maple frosting, then enjoy!
