Sheet Pan Moroccan-Spiced Chicken & Veggies

STEP 1

Add your chicken, carrots, onion, sweet potatoes & cauliflower to a large bowl

STEP 2

Toss with olive oil, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, garlic powder, cayenne, salt & pepper

STEP 3

Spread out the chicken & veggies on a large baking sheet and bake

STEP 4

While the meal is baking, make your feta sauce by adding greek yogurt, garlic, feta & lemon juice to a blender

STEP 5

Add a little water, salt & pepper, then blend until the sauce is smooth and pourable

STEP 6

Once the chicken and veggies are done, garnish with dried cherries, roasted pistachios & cilantro
