Vegan Slow Cooker Tofu Tikka Masala

STEP 1

Add tofu, garlic, veggies, tomato sauce, coconut milk, maple syrup, ginger, and spices to a slow cooker

STEP 2

Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-7 hours, then stir in frozen peas and cook for a few minutes
