Hello hello and welcome to the weekend after Thanksgiving! I hope you all had an incredible holiday filled with family, friends, and of course, delicious food. We gathered at Tony’s parents’ house and had possibly the best Thanksgiving spread ever…if I do say so myself. Now we’re back home and gearing up for a busy week. BUT not before we talk about this incredible #ROUNDUP Sunday situation.
That’s right, this muffin queen (hi, it’s me!) rounded up 31 healthy muffin recipes that are perfect for breakfast, snack, desserts, and especially sharing with the people you love. Let’s do it up.
Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins made a little bit healthier. You’ll love these satisfying muffins for a snack — freezer friendly and great for kids.
Hello hello! Coming to you with a recipe for pumpkin muffins + weekend favorites and a few wedding updates in between.
I just got back in Chicago after picking up my beautiful wedding dress at A&Be bridal in chilly Minneapolis. Every time I’m in Minnesota, I’m reminded of home, where I grew up near the lakes, and the niceness of the people. Oddly this time, I felt myself missing the beautiful trees and admiring the cozy neighborhoods lined with green grass. It’s always a good feeling to be home every now and then.
Fall-inspired vegan pumpkin oatmeal scones with hints of maple, pecan and pumpkin spice in every bite! Made with hearty Coach’s Oats for a wholesome, filling snack to pair with your cup of coffee.
Many apologies over here because I haven’t made you a scone recipe since 2014. Another apology is due to the fact that we’re already mid-way through September and this just happens to be my first pumpkin recipe of the season. SAYYYY WHAAAA?
Usually I start posting pumpkin recipes in late August or early September, but over the past few years pumpkin craze has been a little insane in the grocery store so I decided to hold off. Sorry, but I do not want pumpkin pringles, pumpkin frosting, pumpkin coffee creamer or pumpkin spice infused hair products.
Fluffy and delicious chocolate chip banana oatmeal muffins made with wholesome ingredients like Coach’s Oats, Greek yogurt and flaxseed meal. They’re perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on-the-go!
Hello, hello. Welcome to Muffin Monday. It’s been awhile, but I’m back with an outrageously delicious new recipe ready to power you through the week. But first, how was your weekend?
Tony and I watched the Chicago Air & Water show from our rooftop, cleaned our house (necessary and a little therapeutic), went to a BBQ with some friends, ate donuts and walked at least 12,000 steps each day. Oh and of course, watched a little Game of Thrones. Sunday traditions are my favorite. What are yours?
Now that we’re onto a new week, I want to chat about why YOU need to make these muffins. JUST LOOK AT HOW GLORIOUS THEY ARE.
Healthy Blueberry Greek Yogurt Muffins made with whole wheat flour, greek yogurt, naturally sweetened with maple syrup and just a touch of heart healthy avocado oil (or coconut oil!).
Happy Monday. How was your weekend? MINE WAS INCREDIBLE! We had such an amazing workout + brunch at the Under Armour Women’s Chicago Brand House. I’ll have a full recap for you very soon, but just a HUGE shoutout to everyone who came to the event. You guys are literally the best & sweetest humans.
Now for your Monday… I feel as though there’s no better solution for a start to the week other than muffins.
You know me. The queen of the muffs.
WAIT A SECOND. NO.
Let’s stick with the muffin woman. Sounds much better.
