30-Minute Spicy Gochujang Carbonara

STEP 1

Start by cooking your bacon on the stove or in the oven, and cook your fav pasta shape

STEP 2

Make the sauce by whisking together parmesan, eggs, gochujang, salt, garlic powder & pepper

STEP 3

Reserve some pasta water, then drain your pasta, add it back to your pot, and add the sauce

STEP 4

Stir in the sauce with a little reserved pasta water until it's nice and creamy

Top with bacon, extra parmesan, scallions, sesame seeds & lemon zest, and dig in!
