4-Ingredient Kid Friendly Banana Pancakes

STEP 1

Mash a banana well in a medium bowl. Make sure it's nice and ripe!

STEP 2

Whisk in two eggs until well combined

STEP 3

Add coconut flour & milk and mix to combine

OPTIONAL ADD-IN

Add a boost of nutrition with hemp seeds or flax!

STEP 4

Add 1 tablespoon of pancake batter to a greased pan for each pancake & cook

Serve to your kiddos with fresh fruit, nut butter or yogurt!
