STEP 1
Soften your dates by soaking them in warm water for 5 minutes, then add to a blender
STEP 2
Add frozen cauliflower, coconut milk, cacao powder & vanilla extract
STEP 3
Add zucchini, a pinch of salt and creamy almond butter
STEP 4
Feel free to add your fav mix-ins like protein powder & flaxseed meal, then blend it up
STEP 5
Pour it into a glass and garnish with shredded zucchini & coconut if you'd like
