STEP 1
Toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt & pepper and bake
STEP 2
Cook noodles until al dente, drain & return to the pot
STEP 3
Melt butter in a skillet and alternate whisking in flour & milk until sauce forms
STEP 4
Stir in garlic & onion powder, salt, pepper & cheddar cheese
STEP 5
Pour cheese sauce over noodles & stir in buffalo sauce
STEP 6
Fold in cauliflower, add to a baking dish & sprinkle with more cheddar cheese
STEP 7
Mix bread crumbs & butter in a small bowl, top mac & cheese and bake
