Avocado Tomato Chickpea Pasta Salad

STEP 1

Blend together lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt & pepper and fresh basil

STEP 2

Cook your pasta until al dente, then drain & rinse

STEP 3

Toss your pasta in a bowl with chickpeas, tomatoes, feta, avocado & red onion

STEP 4

Pour in the lemon basil vinaigrette and toss everything well to combine

Serve with an extra sprinkle of feta and enjoy!
