Blow Ya Mind Pumpkin Cake (gluten free!)

STEP 1

Add pumpkin puree, eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup & vanilla to a bowl

STEP 2

Add yogurt and mix well to combine

STEP 3

Whisk in melted & cooled coconut oil, then add almond flour and oat flour

STEP 4

Add pumpkin pie spice, baking soda & salt and mix well to combine

STEP 5

Pour batter into a baking pan, smooth the top and bake

STEP 6

Add cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon & milk to a bowl

STEP 7

Beat the frosting on medium speed until it's nice and smooth

STEP 8

Spread frosting onto your cooled pumpkin cake and sprinkle with cinnamon

Slice and enjoy an amazing fall dessert!
