Brown Butter Strawberry Coffee Cake

STEP 1

Start by browning your butter, then add it to a bowl to cool

STEP 2

Whisk in vanilla greek yogurt, eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla & almond extracts

STEP 3

Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt

STEP 4

Dice your strawberries, fold them into the batter, and add 1/2 of the batter to a springform pan

STEP 5

Make the streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt & melted butter

STEP 6

Sprinkle the batter with 1/2 of the streusel, top with remaining batter, then sprinkle with the rest of the streusel & bake

STEP 7

For the icing: blend freeze dried strawberries, then mix with butter, powdered sugar & milk

STEP 8

Drizzle the icing all over the cooled coffee cake
