Sea Salt Cashew Butter Chocolate Protien Bars

STEP 1

Mix together cashew butter, coconut oil, honey & vanilla over low heat

STEP 2

Remove from the heat and fold in chocolate protein powder, chia seeds & oats

STEP 3

Evenly press the protein bar mixture into a prepared loaf pan

STEP 4

Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a small saucepan

STEP 5

Evenly spread the chocolate over the bars, sprinkle with sea salt and refrigerate

Once solidified, cut into 10 bars and enjoy the perfect snack or healthy treat!
