No Bake Chewy Peanut Butter Granola Bars

STEP 1

Add peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla & cinnamon to a saucepan

STEP 2

Mix over low heat, then remove from heat and add flaxseed meal, oats & chia

STEP 3

Fold in shredded coconut and chopped almonds

STEP 4

Press the mixture into a prepared loaf pan

STEP 5

Melt coconut oil and chocolate chips together and mix until smooth

STEP 6

Drizzle the bars with chocolate and place in the fridge for 30 minutes

Slice into 8 bars and enjoy the perfect snack!
