STEP 1
Shred zucchini and squeeze out all of the excess moisture
STEP 2
Whisk together whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda & salt
STEP 3
Mix together mashed banana, maple syrup, egg, vanilla & the shredded zucchini
STEP 4
Mix the dry and wet ingredients, then stir in melted coconut oil
STEP 5
Divide batter in half and add cocoa powder, milk & chocolate chips to one half
STEP 6
Alternate adding the regular batter & chocolate batter to a loaf pan
STEP 7
Carefully swirl batters together with a knife, top with chocolate chips & bake
