Burst Cherry Tomato Basil Chicken Rigatoni

STEP 1

Butterfly your chicken breasts, then cook in olive oil and set aside

STEP 2

Cook down onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic until tomatoes soften, then add tomato paste, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning

STEP 3

Stir in white wine, then add heavy cream and half of your basil. Let it come to a simmer, then add cooked pasta

STEP 4

Add pasta water as-needed so the sauce coats the pasta, then stir in parmesan & basil
