Cashew Crunch Shredded Brussels Sprouts Salad

STEP 1

Shred your brussels sprouts in a food processor or slice with a sharp knife & add to a bowl

STEP 2

Add shredded red cabbage, carrots, diced bell pepper and green onion

STEP 3

Finish with cilantro, roasted cashews and toasted, sliced almonds

STEP 4

Whisk toasted sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, garlic & ginger

STEP 5

Pour dressing over the salad and toss well to combine
