Damn Good Salmon Taco Bowls For Two

STEP 1

Add salmon to a lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil & a squeeze of lime juice

STEP 2

Mix coconut sugar, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne, paprika, salt & pepper

STEP 3

Sprinkle spice mix over salmon and evenly rub it in. Set aside

STEP 4

Cook onion, green bell pepper, garlic & cilantro in a pot with olive oil

STEP 5

Add tomato sauce, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic powder, salt & pepper

STEP 6

Add water, bring mixture to a boil, then fold in rice and reduce to a simmer

Bake your salmon, then plate taco bowls and enjoy!
