Slow Cooker Gochujang Chicken Sandwiches

STEP 1

In a slow cooker add chicken broth, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic & cornstarch

STEP 2

Whisk together, then add chicken thighs and cook on high for 2-3 hours

STEP 3

Shred the cooked chicken, then stir it back into the sauce in your slow cooker

STEP 4

Toss together fresh veggies & dressing for a cucumber jalapeño cilantro slaw

Pile the gochujang chicken & slaw onto your favorite buns and enjoy!
