Vegan Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramel Bars

STEP 1

Mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil & salt

STEP 2

Press the mixture for the base into a prepared pan and bake

STEP 3

After the crust bakes add chopped roasted & salted peanuts

STEP 4

Melt together peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla & salt

STEP 5

Pour the peanut butter caramel over the peanut layer and chill in the fridge

STEP 6

Melt together chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave or in a saucepan

STEP 7

Spread the chocolate layer over the caramel layer and chill again

STEP 8

Once the bars are chilled & solidified, cut into 16 long bars

Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy the perfect dessert that tastes like candy!
