Avocado Buffalo Chickpea Salad Wraps

STEP 1

Mash a can of chickpeas in a large bowl

STEP 2

Add shredded carrots, cilantro, diced celery & red onion

STEP 3

Add in siggi's plain yogurt

STEP 4

Add your fav buffalo sauce and stir together until well-combined

STEP 5

Top a tortilla with the chickpea salad, spinach, avocado & red onion

STEP 6

Carefully roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go
