High-Protein Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats

STEP 1

Add yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest & lemon juice to a bowl

STEP 2

Whisk in milk, vanilla & almond extracts, then fold in rolled oats and chia seeds

STEP 3

Fold in blueberries, then cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours

STEP 4

Layer the oats in jars with blueberry jam (if you'd like!)

Then top with granola, blueberries & lemon zest
