Tahini

Chickpeas

Garlic & salt

Roasted beets

Lemon juice

Baking soda

STEP 1

Microwave your chickpeas with baking soda

STEP 2

Cover the hot chickpeas with cool water and gently remove the skins

STEP 3

Add all of your ingredients to a food processor

STEP 4

Process until smooth, about 60 seconds

Serve with veggies, crackers, pita, on sandwiches and more!
