Peach, Basil & Goat Cheese Wonton Bites

STEP 1

Cut each wonton wrapper in half and arrange the halves on a baking sheet

STEP 2

Spray them with cooking spray, sprinkle with sea salt and bake

STEP 3

Make a balsamic reduction by simmering balsamic vinegar with coconut sugar until a syrup forms

STEP 4

Once your wontons have cooled, spread each one with goat cheese

STEP 5

Top with fresh diced peaches, the balsamic glaze and torn basil
