Incredible Slow Cooker Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

STEP 1

Add ketchup, BBQ sauce, water & worcestershire sauce to a slow cooker

STEP 2

Whisk in apple cider vinegar, mustard, cumin & cayenne pepper

STEP 3

Add chicken and flip them over to coat in the sauce. Cook on high for 3 hours

STEP 4

Once done, remove the chicken and shred with two forks

STEP 5

Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and stir it with the sauce

STEP 6

In a large bowl add carrots, red cabbage, cilantro, apple cider vinegar & toasted sesame oil

STEP 7

Add maple syrup, salt & pepper and toss well to combine

Top a bun with chicken & slaw and enjoy!
