Amazing Vegan Caesar Pasta Salad

STEP 1

Add lemon juice, garlic, capers & caper brine to a small bowl

STEP 2

Whisk in tahini, dijon mustard, warm water, salt & pepper

STEP 3

Cook your pasta until it's al dente

STEP 4

Add your cooked pasta to a bowl and toss it with the vegan caesar dressing

STEP 5

Toss with romaine, avocado, tomatoes and crispy roasted chickpeas

Season with salt & pepper and serve all summer long!
