Chai-Spiced Butternut Squash Muffins with Salted Honey Glaze

STEP 1

Start by browning your butter until fragrant then set aside to cool

STEP 2

Add butternut squash, eggs, vanilla, almond milk & honey to a large bowl

Whisk in cooled brown butter until well combined

STEP 4

Add whole wheat pastry flour, baking soda & cinnamon to a separate bowl

Whisk in ginger, cardamom, allspice & salt

STEP 6

Mix the dry & wet ingredients together, then add to a muffin tin and bake

Mix together powdered sugar with melted butter and honey

STEP 8

Add a sprinkle of sea salt, then drizzle over the cooled muffins
