Nourishing Almond Flour Pumpkin Bread

STEP 1

Whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla & maple syrup

STEP 2

Add almond flour, oat flour & cinnamon to the wet ingredients

STEP 3

Add ground ginger, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda & salt

STEP 4

Mix the batter with a wooden spoon until well-combined

STEP 5

Fold in chocolate chips, then add batter to a prepared baking pan

STEP 6

Top the pumpkin bread with more chocolate chips, then bake
